07hrs breakfast, slowly drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is famous for its huge numbers of elephants, baobab trees and tree climbing pythons. The park is also famous in its dense wildlife population, which is mostly spectacular in the dry season between June and September. There are also thousands wildebeest, zebra, eland, Harte beast and buffaloes. They migrate from dry Maasai steppe to Tarangire River in search of water and green grass.
0700hrs breakfast then drive to Lake Manyara National Park for game viewing with packed lunch. There are thousands of flamingos which form a shimmering pink zone around the lake shore and tree climbing lions. Other birds found here include ostriches, egrets, herons, pelicans, storks, African spoonbills, species of ibises, ducks and the rare pygmy geese. Picnic lunch served in the park. This park is located on the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western slope. Dinner and overnight at escarpment rim.
After breakfast depart for a full day game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, a highland area along the Great Rift Valley. Ngorongoro Crater is often referred to as a wonder of the world, this is a volcanic caldera (world’s largest), full of grassland, forest and swamps. Ngorongoro is home for the big five and magnificent black manned lion, leopard, Elephant, Black Rhino rarely seen and African Buffalo. Later drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, drive to Serengeti via Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Olduvai Gorge. It lies in north part of the country, bordering Tanzania and Kenya -Masai Mara Game Reserve. The popular southern/central part (Seronera Valley), is what the Maasai called the “serengit”, the land of endless plains. The western corridor is marked by the Grumeti River and its north, Lobo area, meeting Kenya’s Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
Serengeti, famous for its annual migration that takes place particularly wildebeests migrate in the rainy season (from November to May) and are found in eastern and southern part of the Serengeti from June to December. The migration spread in the western and move towards the north of Serengeti to the Masai Mara in Kenya. When the dry season begins at the end of June, the annual migration move in search of green pasture.

Pack your bags and check out for your drive back with game en route to Arusha or take your flight from Serengeti to Kilimanjaro airport via Arusha Airport, catch your flight back home OR continue to Zanzibar.
